Fascinating to find this site - thanks! My great-great-grandfather was Robert Hamilton (1811-1885) of Doughery (Dooghary, Duchery), near Banbridge. I hope to visit the area, and PRONI, in 2018 to do some further research into that branch of the Hamilton family. I will scour your site to see if I can find any leads (I have some, set out on my Ancestry.com file) - but if you have any information or suggestions, please let me know.
